Application Engineer 

담당업무

? Responsible for mainly discrete IGBT/Rectifier, SiC-MOSFET/SBD, can be extended to modules.

? Design and set-up device-level test boards and application evaluation boards 

? Utilize simulation tools to analyze device behavior and power systems 

? Perform evaluations of products through the test benches and simulations. 

? Application support for customer design-in process and production ramp-up for customers 

? Work on solving failure issues at customer’s site. 

? Training to internal members. 

? Support the development of new products 

? Participate in production definition and product road-map development.

자격요건

? The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a team player who is able to work in a semiconductor environment. 

? Minimum Master’s degree in Power Electronics or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic. 

? Prefer hands-on experiences in power semiconductor characterization or application engineering or with bench test equipment such as power-supply, oscilloscope and curve tracer. 

? English communication skills 

? Fundamentals of electronics, electrical, semiconductor. 

? Prefer proficient knowledge of power semiconductors and power systems ? Prefer proficient in simulation tools
