Digital Service Engineer

Main Responsibilities :
ㆍAnalyze IT product environments for customer          needs

ㆍInstall and configure IT products (Control Unit, Gateway, Firewall(Fortigate), Data Manager, Interface program, OS)

ㆍCommunicate with the internal stakeholders and customers

ㆍCreate IT product manual and training for the application specialists and engineers

ㆍAs a network expert, understand customer needs and solve the problems

ㆍDigital Service product implementation support

Cooperate with APAC or GCS when necessary

Requirements :

ㆍBachelor Degree in a Bio-medical engineering /IT related discipline is required

ㆍGeneral IT knowledge

ㆍCustomer-centric mindset

ㆍProficiency in both spoken and written English

ㆍGood command of MS office and OS operation
