■ 모집분야

  Associate IT specialist

■ 업무내용

  - Support simple remote service for customer when D&I team is on move or cannot handle the call.
  - Support admin business processing

    (summarizing client installation information and Infinity configuration file, Infinity server packing and delivery, Interface expense process)
  - Support Infinity server relocation and withdrawal in the customer sites.
  - Support for various H/W issues ( Barcode print, Moxa, I/F PC, Infinity server and various cable error) ?

   - Support Infinity server installation and input data to Infinity server.
  - Support simple customer call such as adding & changing items to the Infinity server.
  - Support troubleshooting and communication setting for standalone Roche instruments Interface.?

■ 지원자격

  - At least Bachelor Degree in a Bio-medical engineering / IT related discipline is required.
  - Basic training about General IT knowledge.
  - Basic training about programming web service.
  - Skill in Server OS(Windows server)
  - Knowledge in network.
  - Knowledge in communication protocol such as ASTM, HL7 etc.
  - Knowledge in Database.
  - Good communication skills with customers and colleagues.
  - Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  - Good command of MS office products.?
