HR Partner for manufacturing organization 

담당업무 

As the HR business partner for manufacturing organization of ON Semiconductor, you are being expected to develop strong relationships with the employees and management team. You must be able to use your skills to keep employees fully engaged while using your experiences to work closely with on-site managers and advice to solve issues 

-First point of contact for all HR matters from employees 

-Coaching and development of business leaders and line managers around Management capability and HR policies, processes and ways of working, people management, performance management. 

-Facilitate problem solving by providing consulting services and leveraging shared service to deliver solutions. 

-Provide efficient and effective operational HR services 

-Understand the HR Risk environment, identify and mitigate potential HR risks. 

-Define, develop and implement HR policies and processes as required, in partnership with other members in the HR team 

자격요건 

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and a good understanding of HR role 

-Minimum BS or equivalent degree 

-Good English communication ability is required 

-Active attitude and fast learning ability  

-Good understanding of labor law is plus 

-Familiarity with semiconductor industry is plus
